Listing Description

Mysore SF focuses on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga teachings as taught by the Jois family. Through specific guidance and keen attention to detail, practitioners learn the breathing system and Tristhana method that’s at the heart of this system of yoga.

Mysore SF was founded in 2011 by Magnolia Zuniga, San Francisco’s only certified teacher and one of seventeen women in the world to hold this level of certification.

All classes are taught by Authorized Level 2 teacher Tonya Ruddick. Come with a commitment to practice daily, an appetite for self discovery, transformation, and an open heart. Mysore SF is located at the center of the financial district in San Francisco, CA. See you soon.
