Dublin Iceland Ice Skating

In the early 1970s the growing community of Dublin decided that there was a need for more family oriented activities. The East Bay Iceland

Corporation stepped in with plans for a new ice skating facility. The land was purchased from rancher George Hansen, a member of one of the city’s founding families, and construction began on the new building. On April 7, 1975 Dublin Iceland opened its doors for the first time.
