OUR PROGRAMS
It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Arsha Samyoga offers the key to a yogic lifestyle and the positive reinforcement you need so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire.

If you are new to yoga we recommend you to start with the Beginner’s Yoga Course (BYC). It is available both online and offline. If possible, we recommend you do come to the center over the online plan. Many of the asana postures and other doubts can be clarified with in-person corrections.
