Our goal at Good Moodra Yoga is to share yoga and a safe, judgement-free space to practice yoga with the community. Our vision is to create a space where as soon as you walk in the doors, you feel good.

Yoga is our passion.

It’s helped us to find a more peaceful, gratitude-filled journey in life. The trapeze adds an element of fun and excitement, welcoming everyone from any place in life who may have never even practiced yoga before, really strengthening any fitness (or sedentary!) routine!

Not only do we offer group mat yoga and trapeze yoga classes, but we also offer private 1-on-1 sessions and private group sessions! Think: Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Group Work Events, etc!
